Terrible management - IT SimCorp Employee Review

- Salary messed up multiple times (not paying minimum requirements according to law) - Terrible management. Direct manager micromanages. Constant changes to the point of not being able to get used to a change before it has changed again. No sympathy for subordinates and not listening to concerns. No understanding of what subordinates do for work. - understaffed. 1 person to support 700 people, in HQ where exco is located. - People having to do tasks that are not in their job description.
