Going downhill… - Director SimCorp Employee Review

I would definitely not recommend this workplace which has over the years became borderline toxic in some departments (burnouts, barking orders at employees, blame game, …). A lot of big egos have taken over the company with the new leadership. Many people have been fired and replaced by less experienced colleagues in lower cost countries. People that have been loyal to the company, many of them for more than 15-25 years.
