Huge differences between the atmosphere and pressure between departments, like you are working for completely different companies. Stiff and enforced management style. Agile is only a name, You don't have retros, you are not estimating, you are to work quickly and quietly. It is best not to ask questions. You will not learn anything outside of main software which is only used there.
