Materials and resources are quite extensive. Consultants are very highly skilled in many industries and good to work as a team when optional. Opportunity to set your own work weeks at times.
Cons
Sunday afternoon out to Friday night home schedule leave little family time when booked back to back weeks. Only paid for client weeks not for work at home times. Three day annual meetings are unpaid Limited opportunities to work with peers - mostly solo assignments.
