Had some good clients that I started with but constantly good pressure to sign them up for more work when only in the second month of a year contract

Pressure to keep adding to the clients existing work before results from first contract were firmed up
at least 50% of my new assignments were contracts that a previous simpler consultant was thrown out Very hard to gain respect with this kind of client
- Growth mindset culture - Ability to work alongside very experienced Lean subject matter experts - Autonomy - Part of IBM but operates somewhat on it's own - still get the benefits of a large organization
Cons
- Limited progression opportunities for folks that are earlier in their career which limits large pay bumps - Peaks and valleys of work (sometimes very busy but sometimes there isn't much work)
