      Pros

      You get to learn very quickly as there are only 2 designers. Meaning you will get your hands on UX, UI, and anything design related. Good place to be if you want to learn about design system, participating in sprints. Great company culture in terms of social, amazing people to work with. Quarterly team bonding activities like escape room, crystal maze etc.

      Cons

      Limited user research opportunity. Not truely agile even though the team is working in sprints.

      - Good software engineers who work hard - Free lunch once a week - Free Vitality Health Insurance

      Cons

      - Chaotic, top-down toxic culture with low trust in people to do their jobs - Management style feels controlling rather than empowering - Constant fire-fighting across teams - Poor planning, with project managers often operating in panic mode - Non-technical roles with technical titles always in panic mode - Client raised tickets sent straight to developers with no proper triage - Under-resourced QA with a bad attitude towards developers and a weak support processes - Excessive reporting and monitoring that adds little value - Top down blame culture rather than accountability from senior leadership - Added to out-of-hours WhatsApp groups without consultation, blurring boundaries between work and personal life

      Great bosses, overall work culture is awesome and task load is well balances, would highly recommend

      Would do with more flexibility for employees who wish to work fully remote
