      Nice office in central London, with some good perks. Decent salary.

      Not remote friendly. Limited career growth/mentorship options. Nepotism.

      Cannot think of any benefits.

      Cons

      Impossible to work remotely because of very bad management. No one cares if you don’t understand a task. Unfriendly team and always “busy” developers surround you. No carrer growth.
