Pros

Working with a young and ambitious team was the best thing in this company. Very friendly colleagues who were open to helping and supporting me anytime.

Cons

The Simplify-ERP company is not a good place to work. The CEO is moody and makes decisions based on his current mood. He is very stingy when it comes to raises, benefits, and other perks. There are no company benefits, and the salaries are not paid on time. The CEO also doesn't pay bonuses, and the formula for how to calculate the bonuses changes every month, leaving employees with nothing at the end of the year. There are no team-building activities at this company, and you're left to fend for yourself. The working conditions are also very poor - there are no computers, for example, which makes it very difficult to do your job. Overall, I would not recommend working for this company.

Pros

Hybrid working and nice team members

Cons

The CEO often undermines the credibility of the employees in front of other employees as well as customers. When you have better ideas than he does, he harshly discards them. He always takes things personally, and if you disagree with him on something, he could get upset and decline to talk to you on the line. Every single employee is underpaid; in fact, the salaries are absurd when compared to the current market. There are no rewards, not even a straightforward teambuilding activity or some corporate gifts. not to bring up the employees' personal growth. Even if you have a formal employment contract, you might still be fired when you resign from the job. He frequently fires employees without following the notice period or even making the right judgment. He frequently refers to those who choose to advance in their careers with the F word. He verbally abuses female employees, using foul language, and constantly underestimates those who are married, have families.
