My experience with this company was bad, starting from the moment that since I started working the CEO changed my job description three times. This company doesn’t have proper rules or policies on how somethings are done. Every day a new approach for conducting business is accepted (by the CEO), mainly found online by him as well the same day.
For early morning people the work time is good, 7:30-15:30, flexibility.
Cons
The company does not provide you any equipment, you must work on your own computer/laptop, most of the time company is overselling, as developer you are in hurry all the time, no understanding about task complexity by the management, small salary, overtime hours are not paid as they should be, small chance for progress, no team buildings, the management is bad, no reviews, no professionalism by the management.
