      Good pay package New office is nice Some team mates are good

      "Use and throw policy", as others indicated hire at any cost and throw when the purpose is solved. It ruined carriers of many ex-employees. Cheating is in blood of company, they can tweak and form new policies as and when required, not for sake of employees, but for sake of company only. CEO is not a mature person, lakes sense of communication and maturity. Meet him once and you will realise how impractical he could be. Don't trust his words, he is the one solely responsible for all cheating and "user and throw" tactics.

      Pros

      Simplion is under great leadership. Management is driven and focused on growing company and providing a great environment for all employees. Management is always available for discussions and ideas and prompt in taking actions. They are genuinely interested in helping you reach your goals. They allow flexible work hours, which has helped me keep work- life balance. Environment is professional yet we all enjoy awesome friendly culture.

      Amazing work atmosphere and fun loving people around Hardwork is appreciated and team work is celebrated Constant reward and recognition Fair chance given to everyone at all levels to grow in the company Provides an opportunity to learn new technologies as company ventures into new business Transparency in the management and willingness to always help Truly believes in delivering great results for you and the clients CEO is down-to-earth and a fantastic person to work for

      So far so good. Need more structured software engineering tools.
