      If you love overtime they have lots of overtime work, shortage of people.

      Cons

      Usual politics, workload is not compensated properly, very demanding job, management control you and no room for growth

      Pros

      You get paid on time every time.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to plants that surround it. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is terrible. Even 20 year veterans won't work for the current plant manager anymore.
