      Unionized, health, dental, retirement etc... Lunch or get to-gather once a year. Family leave, paid vacation.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment. Production goals or targets. Pressurized workplace fades the good side.

      Pros

      You get paid on time every time.

      Cons

      Pay is not comparable to plants that surround it. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is terrible. Even 20 year veterans won't work for the current plant manager anymore.
