Cons

The main issue is leadership and communication. Direction often feels unclear, priorities change without proper explanation, and decisions are not always communicated in a way that helps teams understand the reasoning or expected outcomes. There is also a noticeable disconnect between what leadership says and what employees experience day to day. Expectations can feel unrealistic, with pressure to constantly be available or go above and beyond, without the compensation, support, or recognition to match. This creates frustration and burnout, especially when the messaging from leadership does not reflect the reality of the workload.
