Excellent place to work at - HR Assistant Simulanis Employee Review

Despite spending years here and putting in efforts I saw little meaningful growth or recognition. Looking back, it feels like a poor return on the time, hard work, and commitment invested.

Poor management, weak HR processes, and constant fake promises about growth, promotions, and salary hikes. Employees are only valued when work needs to be done. Managers often call people into cabins, give compliments and assurances, but nothing meaningful changes afterward. Too much talk, very little action.

salaries are not good, no timly salary credit, increment are slow.
