Simulanis interview questions

There were three rounds two technical and one HR. The first round consist of all the theoretical questions and second required coding expertise and HR consist of why you left your previous company.

My experience with Simulanis’ interview process was quite disappointing. The communication from the HR team was inconsistent—what was promised initially didn’t match what actually happened. The interview schedule was unclear and kept changing without proper notice. There was a lack of punctuality from the interviewers' side, and I was asked to be available at odd hours, including after 8 p.m., which reflects a lack of respect for the candidate’s time. There didn’t seem to be a structured process or accountability, which made the overall experience feel unprofessional and frustrating. Verdict: If you're someone who values clear communication, professionalism, and time management during the hiring process, this may not be the ideal company for you.
