I wish if there could be pros about this company but there is none

Cons

Worst culture , Blame game , Seniors have a poor management. I don’t know how this company has completed its 10 years . Every year this company is degrading.

Supportive and cooperative team. Opportunity to learn new skills and improve. Good exposure to different types of projects. Creative work environment

Cons

Work processes could be more organized. Software and hardware resources could be upgraded.

Pros

Despite spending years here and putting in efforts I saw little meaningful growth or recognition. Looking back, it feels like a poor return on the time, hard work, and commitment invested.

Cons

Poor management, weak HR processes, and constant fake promises about growth, promotions, and salary hikes. Employees are only valued when work needs to be done. Managers often call people into cabins, give compliments and assurances, but nothing meaningful changes afterward. Too much talk, very little action.
