      Super smart and motivated colleagues, exciting technology, potential for helping customers do their work dramatically better, good collaboration.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy is getting worse and more stifling every year. Corporate politics hamper innovation. Benefits are just ok.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.
