Pros
Singing Machine is like a family. There isn't any workplace drama and everyone gets along. The company goes out of its way to host office events like in-office yoga, happy hours, birthday lunches every month, and big christmas parties. Everyone works together well and there's no 'micromanaging' going on. Company benefits are also really good (Co. covers 100% of employee health benefits and has a generous match for the 401k). Schedule and hours of work are also pretty flexible where staff is able to come in later and stay later or arrive earlier and leave earlier. No one is watching the clock to make sure you come in right on-time so i like that freedom.
Cons
Company is small so not a ton of room for upward growth in terms of job title, but everyone has access to learn other areas outside of their main job responsibility. If you want, you can get exposure to many different areas of the company.
