      This is a great company with employees who make it an enjoyable place to work. Management really cares about the future of the company and its employees. Free of typical office drama and politics. Really a fun atmosphere and great employee morale.

      Working at a smaller company can be an major adjustment at first. Sometimes not clear, well-defined processes due to smaller structure.
