Pros

The core product was good but bad decisions are ruining it everyday.

Cons

- 3 rounds of layoffs in 1 year - CEO doesn’t refrain from using swear words at SKO stage even against the companies that are doing much better in revenue terms. - CEO has written a book & reimbursing employees to buy it with company money - Every slide deck shared in past one year has a different cloud revenue figure because no one knows what it really is. - Chief Legal Officer resigned in just 5 days of getting hired. It’s a big red flag. - Half baked products were released resulting in most sales deals getting lost after heavy efforts. - There is no CRO so no accountability for revenue or churns. So foreign IPO or acquisition exit route. - All founders have left already.

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
