The owner had a condescending attitude, always treating people like they were incompetent or clueless. It felt like management distrusted the entire sales team. Constantly questioning every decision we made, no matter how small. They were patronizing and dismissive, offering no real support while pretending to care about your success. Leadership seemed more interested in inflating their egos than in actually understanding what their employees needed to succeed.
