President has been in staffing for 30+ years, built 6 successful staffing firms sold to private investors & public companies, understands technology(developed own software used by competitors & clients for submittals) and created the first online automated marketplace. Impressed with how much "out of the box" thinking that goes on, great training on nuances of the business. Great assistance in helping put all the theory into practical applications. Great Sr level team with the highest ethical standards. Without question the best commission structure in the industry where the company pays out 100% of the fee,(not sure how they do it) incredible! They have a separate client services department visiting with all accounts, the President and VP speak &/or visit each client the recruiters bring into the company. High touch, high impact. This company and leadership give a lot more than they get!

Sometimes hard to keep up with the velocity of training. Work with high caliber people, need to be high caliber to fit in.
