Lack of processes, lack of kpis, lack of internal organization. Quick changes on opinion about workers, high rotation (many people got fired allegating finantial problems, but they hired other in their place). Seems that the problem is always the employee and never the bad management. It is difficult to make things happen, nobody say yes to anything, there are only negatives and excuses. At the same time the employees can't take any decision or move forward without several approvals first. This makes very difficult to finish many projects and move forward. The main issue is that management is outdated and not prepared to run a startup. And this provoques many of the conflicts mentioned above.
