Pros

The company has interesting projects and works with high-profile clients. People are intelligent and friendly. The benefits are good for a small company.

Cons

Grunt work is dumped to those on the bottom of the totem pole, and there is little opportunity to advance. Pay is low for entry-level employees, while upper management receives huge salaries and bonuses. There is no HR department, and employee issues are often ignored. Lack of women in upper management.

Pros

I've been very happy here, and this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I value how collegial and collaborative everyone is, and thanks to a strong Ops team, our projects are managed very well. The work-life balance here is good for me and the other people on my team, and is the best we've experienced at any vendor-side job. I also appreciate the teambuilding events they hold, and the initiatives that the Wellness Committee runs. It's great to work for a place where the owners/founders are so personally involved and invested, and where you can get a quick, decisive answer, and support for investments in new team members and technologies. I hope to stay here for the rest of my career!

Cons

No real cons...our companywide meetings lapsed for a while due to everyone's busy schedules, but the owners have rededicated themselves to having a quarterly meeting where we can meet new team members and hear from leadership and the division heads about new developments, company initiatives and the state of the business.
