      Pros

      The benefits, the people, the environment are all amazing. I also love the job I do. Management is awesome and work life balance is fantastic

      Cons

      HR runs roughshod over everything and has their hands in every little thing. They will run your life for no reason, and will run everything else as well. I make a little over half the average for my position also, and used to make significantly less until my manager went to bat for me

      Pros

      No micro management. Work from home. Free snacks food and sodas all day long when in office. Good pay

      Cons

      Not many. Just keep to yourself and do your job.
