Pros
I was not surprised to see how low Snapdocs review had fallen. If you’re offered a position here and are reading these with concern, consider most of the negative reviews just written are from those laid off. Unfortunately layoffs are a recent part of the tech scene right now. I felt like the areas laid off unfortunately were areas that are often impacted and did not come as a huge surprise to many of us. I still have a lot of faith in Snapdocs, it’s a good place to work. Pros: Core product is fantastic. Dependable, easy, and constant investments made. Happy customers Team members Support team and User Ops is world class Benefits/comp I appreciate how Leadership changed recent strategy based on company performance, so we’re becoming more transparent and lean.

Layoffs suck, obviously. They could have been conducted better but what do I know. Outside hiring vs internal promotion Dependent on mortgage industry, which isn’t having its best year. Get sense that morale is low on many teams, but haven’t noticed an impact to performance or teamwork Key team members departing
