Pros

A small amount of the people that are here are decent people to play video games with in the break room. That's all.

Cons

Where to begin? Let's start with management within the CSO branch of the company. Generally incompetent and willfully ignorant about the morale and attitudes of their employees. Have no motivational skills beyond punishment for not living up to unrealistic expectations of production. The few times a person with decent managerial and interpersonal skills has been made into a manager they have been demoted, over less skilled managers, because the droves of people that are quitting or are being fired means there aren't nearly enough people to fill the CSO floor. Despite there being a major shortage of staff, and a massive push to always be doing more and hitting higher number: you will not be rewarded for hard work, you will be asked to do more with less time off because there is, of course, no coverage. You will not be promoted, and in the unlikely event that you are promoted the work load is added to and the raise in remuneration is laughable. It's been mentioned in other reviews, but bears mentioning again; the whole dystopian timed bathroom break thing is dehumanizing, but god forbid our managers and the almighty and incompetent QA lose some avenue to time you and dock you for having bodily functions rather than making phone calls.

Pros

Permanent remote setup with a functional unlimited PTO policy. The company is scaling well and consistently hitting financial targets with new and larger contracts. Company encourages innovation and creative thinking to solve for the ever-increasing scale and technical challenges. People are genuinely happy here, and it is reflected in the tenure.

Cons

Compensation is average and stays pretty flat. There are no performance-based bonuses, equity, or other financial incentives. While the base pay is consistent, the lack of an "upside" or variable pay makes it less competitive for high performers compared to other companies in the industry.
