Dogs were great to work with, pet parents very pleasant

The job is super easy and the dogs live pretty close to each other usually. You can do basically whatever you want on the walk. Starting times are not enforced so you can show up late or early as long as you get the walks done. All the the rules they they tell you to follow are completely unenforced.

Never even met Jeanna in person a single time giving me not much respect for her. Hours are very unreliable. If you check your schedule at night before bed, you could have more or less dogs by the time you wake up and have a different starting time. I worked there for nearly a year and was never given any feedback on my performance. I was told that clients had complained about my service but i was never told what i did wrong by the boss and the dogs were simply given to another walker. I have a feeling they keep a short staff because everytime i asked for time off or called in sick they would say "we really need you, theres already 4 walkers out today".
