Pros

The discounts on service, parts, and cars. Generally easy going environment and excellent location to work in. You can learn a lot if you put the effort.

Cons

The politics, lack of structure, and pay are some reasons why the company suffers a high turnover. The favoritism is quite frankly insane, it’s a slap in the face to every under paid salesperson. The spoons, system is insulting to those that do work hard! I strongly emphasize that spoon feeding certain vehicle exchange members and certain salespeople will only create resentment among your sales employees. You can’t expect to come to work in the cold/hot extreme weather waiting long hours to sell a car when someone else is simply handed a customer or told that this customer is coming in this day/ time and prepare the car.

Pros

SOME of the managers are great, good hours you leave early if no client. SOME people are nice

Cons

Managers don’t care if other salesman steal your client, lack of respect, managers not on same page in terms of ideologies and who’s in charge.
