Low pay and they keep taking more money away over time. Constant obstacle due to not wanting to hire or pay experienced staff and management has no real power to fix the issues. Meetings about the same problems over and over with no change and management expects things to change.

Really horrible management. Don’t know how else to say it. Not right how management treats employees. They miss treat them and micromanage them don’t take suggestions from lower level employees seriously and want you to work overtime without questions asked not right I’m not required by law and by schedule.
