it's still a relatively small company and therefore sometimes you have to get your hands dirty doing some basic stuff too. it's great though- it's the real deal!

Coworkers were nice, and mostly came from artistic backgrounds. Fancy cappuccino machine means all the pleasures of being a barista, with none of the pressures. Showroom colorful and full of abstractly designed pillows.

Bait and switch job functions. No paid holidays. New employees usually quit in 1 - 6 months. Management unprofessional, underhanded, passive aggressive. Garbage stored in showroom. Poor communication. Hopelessly disorganized, stock and staff alike. Employees undervalued and underpaid. Management gives irresponsible advice.
