Pros

I have been with Soffront Softwares for a few years now, and the company culture is truly its biggest selling point. Unlike many tech companies today that are weighed down by toxic office politics, Soffront offers a genuinely friendly, cooperative, and peaceful environment. The support comes from the top down—the boss, managers, and the HR team are all incredibly approachable and ready to help you navigate any situation. If you value your personal time, this is the place to be. The work-life balance is phenomenal. There is zero pressure for forced overtime or weekend work, allowing you to truly disconnect when your shift is over. On top of that, financial stability is a given; salaries are credited exactly on time, every single month without fail.

Cons

The only real drawback is the technology itself. The company relies heavily on legacy systems to power its products, meaning there are few opportunities to get your hands dirty with the latest modern tools, frameworks, or emerging technologies and this limited exposure can indirectly cap the potential for higher performance incentives and larger annual salary increments.

Pros

Most of the employees are pretty nice. The CEO is also pretty nice and you can tell he wants what's best for the company; the problem is that he doesn't always know what's best. If he put more trust in the people he hires, the company would do a lot better. The CEO will also argue with you about everything, but don't mistake this for confrontation--he really seems to enjoy the heated debates and just wants you to argue your point to convince him what's best.

Cons

The CEO micromanages every aspect of the company and has no vision or foresight past 5 minutes from now. The marketing is haphazard and has minimal budget, and the CEO will sometimes hire and and fire people in the span of a month. Constant revolving door of employees. Poor salary compensation, poor benefits, and expect your benefits and salary to be reduced repeatedly while you work there because of "company performance." Additionally, management forces the scores of unhappy employees to write good reviews here on Glassdoor--I guarantee every good review you see here was written under duress and reviewed by management.
