Pros

I worked for Soffront over a decade, 6 years in US office and 4 years in India office. This company is debt free, profitable and in business past 21 years enduring two major economic meltdowns during 2001 and 2008. The company is rich in Technology and carries the original product idea of Customer Relationship Management. Co-workers make you feel at home from day 1. Everyone here is passionate and proud about the Product ( CRM for Enterprise and Small business) they built and ready to do everything for the Customers. Work in fun environment . The average employee retention is 7 years. High Customer loyalty. Management encourages new ideas, let you to take the ownership and continue extending support as long as you try. Right place if you want to take challenges and grow with the company

Cons

Limited to invest freely to stay up in the competition with the big brands and grow in the world of free free.

Pros

Most of the employees are pretty nice. The CEO is also pretty nice and you can tell he wants what's best for the company; the problem is that he doesn't always know what's best. If he put more trust in the people he hires, the company would do a lot better. The CEO will also argue with you about everything, but don't mistake this for confrontation--he really seems to enjoy the heated debates and just wants you to argue your point to convince him what's best.

Cons

The CEO micromanages every aspect of the company and has no vision or foresight past 5 minutes from now. The marketing is haphazard and has minimal budget, and the CEO will sometimes hire and and fire people in the span of a month. Constant revolving door of employees. Poor salary compensation, poor benefits, and expect your benefits and salary to be reduced repeatedly while you work there because of "company performance." Additionally, management forces the scores of unhappy employees to write good reviews here on Glassdoor--I guarantee every good review you see here was written under duress and reviewed by management.
