Pros
-They provide employees with good equipment to work with, computers, peripherals... -Training hours. -Health care insurance.
Cons
-There is NO career progression despite being announced by the company. Takes several YEARS to receive increases of €60 net. -The company tells us that there is a career progression system, however I feel that it practically doesn't exist. -The average time to obtain a response regarding our request for an increase from CEO is up to 1 year!!! And often the request is refused or sent back. Or the net increase does not even reach €60 per month. I know several employees in the company without any raise in 5 years... while the cost of living and company revenues are constantly increasing. It takes many years to be promoted and the salary are not adjusted to promotion. -From my point of view only members of management teams and "bosses" who are with the company for many years receive raises. The remaining workers who work hard to complete difficult projects receive nothing and in the end of the projects they decide to leave because they don't receive any promotion and the company doesn't even care about them. -The turnover percentage is quite high. -There are a huge lack of projects. ---------------------------------------------- -There is no career progression, even though the company says there is. It takes SEVERAL YEARS to get a raise of just €60 net. -The company claims there is a fair career progression system, but in reality it does not exists, it takes more than one year to get a response from the CEO about our raise request, and often the request is denied or returned. Even when approved, the raise is less than €60 per month. -I know many employees in the company without any raise in 5 years, even though the cost of living and company revenues keep increasing. Promotions take many years, and salaries are not adjusted accordingly. -From my point of view, only management team members and "bosses" who are in the company for a long time get raises. Hardworking employees who complete difficult projects get nothing and often leave because they don't get promoted. The company doesn't seem to care about them. -Employee turnover is very high. -There are very few projects available in the company,
