Pros

Opportunity to work in big customers, know several markets and industries. work life balance is ok, also time off policies.

Cons

body shop, no career plan, 3 years contract and out, year performance evaluation means nothing. No promotions if your entry level is already high, e.g. senior. No technical advance from the company, the knowledge is received from the customer.

Easy to get in, does not have high standards

Cons

-Managemente lies to the client and asks you to lie to them, asking to take a day of a project and then when the client doesn't like it they ask you to say you took a personal day and other things -Management tells you to do something and when it goes wrong goes full Pontius Pilate. -Anual evaluation is a joke, sometimes being evaluated by people who know nothing about the are you are working in

Pros

Not much. They pay on time, but this is not a pro, this is simply normal.

Cons

So many: - beginning with contracting, the salary they promised was not the one they paid in the end, - stuck for years in the same project, despite asking to change several times, - impossible to choose your working material. You get what they give you, period, unless you have a medical certificate. You end up with a 14" laptop to work with Visual Studio, no extended screen allowed. I fought for months with the help of the medical staff due to sight problems to get one, - no coaching, no mentoring, no visits from the management at the customer site for years, they simply don't care, - no career evolution. if you want to evolve you have to candidate yourself through a pretty obscure process. Anyway, since I'm on the same project for years, how could I possibly evolve, - evaluation is ridiculous and bound to the project you are allocated. It doesn't serve any kind of purpose, there are no objectives and certainly no rewards, - almost impossible to solve any kind of problems with the headquarters. You can never find the right person to talk to, and when you do, the problem is rarely solved, - a tendency to try to lower your salary (the part that is paid outside de contract, but is salary anyway) any time possible.
