All right, let me first address the quote my headline is currently mocking. With all of the negative reviews on here follows a nice copy/paste response from management regarding how they have grown in the areas complained about. I feel like the lack of sincerity shown in a copy/paste message is enough to show you how much they really care about their "greatest asset." I guess if you enjoy listening to your coworkers getting cussed out regularly and receiving the opportunity to be called stupid, this is the perfect job for you!
On a serious note, if it was just a supervisor or lower management that regularly berated employees, then maybe I could brush it off, but it's pretty hard to let it slide when it is the CEO. The employees here are great and they do good work, but I can't help but think they could do so much better given more time. Everything is always a crunch and the end results are evident. Most of the projects are filled with bugs and extraneous code from employees copy/pasting to meet deadlines.
