      Pros

      I interviewed with SMCI twice and got an offer on the second one. They were great.

      Cons

      Had to regularly check a separate outlook mailbox to get updates from them. They call just to check in often though.

      Pros

      They pay you good, They are quick in making decision about the interview.

      Cons

      Contracts are short and they do not tell you up front. They know you will not work for a long time, but they make you subscribe to insurance which is not cheap.
