Hi - really appreciate the feedback - couldn'tagree more that change is hard. We are making mistakes along the way but at the same time trying to learn from them (life would be boring if we were perfect!). I am very proud to say we had our best year ever in 2017 and the growth plans for the next 3 years are super exciting. I also think you are spot on with your view to leadership - walk the talk!
