The working atmosphere is relaxed and there are definitely some learning points if you are at the beginning of your carrier. The company can be a good mix between a small family owned company and a corporation, for people that appreciate a place where they can still influence change.
Cons
Performance is often overlooked, personal and informal politics can get you far with the management, too long meetings, and a weird passion for hacking into the personal lives of the employees (cameras, key loggers, phone tapping, etc.)
