      flexibility in working hours, interesting projects, (some) smart people, freedom to learn, not a lot of pressure, no working weekends and not much overtime

      Cons

      lack of organization and direction, lots of gossip, cliques and personal influence, not oriented towards efficiency, no career planning, no performance appraisal

      The team was good, it's a good start if you just start your career, good learning environment

      Cons

      weird management decisions, especially in staffing. even when they got projects, they haven't hired consultants to implement them.

      Pros

      Relaxing environment, relatively flexible program , the team is pretty OK cafeteria within the building and thats about it, maybe decent starting salary.

      Cons

      Bad organization of projects and tasks , lack of project specifications , average age quite high, lack of motivation and very small close to nonexistent opportunities of promotion.
