Some of the other staff were ok.

Cons

Nepotism is rife. Compensation is decided based on how much the owners like you. Bullying is commonplace. I experienced racism and sexism. Expect micromanaging.

senior management handles themselves in a way that would have them fired at any other company. Unfortunately this is a boys club.
