Great benefits, but leadership lacks grassroots awareness - Manager Solent University Employee Review

Leadership has no concept of what is happening at grassroots and solely concerned with the strategy. Too much bureaucracy that slows everything down as decisions take time. Too many priorities. Pay award has been delayed. It’s on its knees financially as is most of the sector. Vice chancellor is an academic and isn’t relatable to prof service staff.
