      Pros

      Lots of great people to work with. Pay is very good with bonus and annual pay increases. The funds are flowing so it's hard to have a project turned down.

      Cons

      Leadership should be involved from the top down in developing the safety strategy but they are not. From the safety director level up there is no clear strategy to move safety programs forward. The safety director clearly does not understand safety culture or how to drive safety as a core value.

      Positive work environment supported by knowledgable and friendly team members, organized leadership, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, learning opportunities

      Some employees in more technical departments were not always available to answer questions, though this is likely due to the startup nature of the company.
