      Meh. Do not leave your real job for this firm. Ever

      Cons

      Most projects are just market research projects (where analyst just become cold call robots) yet thry sell themselves as strategic consultants. Lots of talking and overpromise to clients. Leaders have no competency, leadership skills nor expertise yet they talk as if they know everything then force analyst to find expert or do cold call with the alibi of whitepaper development. Lies and google search are the only skills analyst need. Deliverable quality is bad yet they are proud of it.

      Pros

      Stunning work life balance when you are not in peak times Firm is generous in arranging regular fun events and funding daily fun activities during and after work Most colleagues are fun loving making this work experience a memorable chapter of your life

      Cons

      The majority of people including management in this company do not have strategy consulting experience, if they have it is for a short period of time. Utterly unhealthy practices especially during partner assessments in the MENA region. compliance with business ethics is said to be unnecessary and childish and management believe business ethics are for text books not for real business. Low salaries for most employees but very high salaries for management's favorite.
