      Pros

      Solotech is a great place to work! I really enjoy collaborating with other passionate individuals. The projects are stimulating and I really feel like I can contribute and grow professionally. Over the past few years, Solotech has bonified it's offer and continues to expand while keeping its employees at the heart of its decisions. I also love the confidence that the managers have in their staff. There is a great work/life balance and an amazing work culture. We are serious about what we do, but don't take ourselves too seriously!

      Cons

      Things can get hectic during the busier seasons, but if you like the challenge, this can also be a positive point!
