      Pros

      This company has potential with a respectful CEO, and other long term Staff but the culture in the recruitment side has most clinical managers, and recruiters on edge, stressed, and burnt out.

      Cons

      The cons are almost everyone in the recruitment dept is at least 6 months new into this company. This gives you an insight on how this company is doing with high employee turn over rate in the recruitment job market.

      Pros

      Good support system, wonderful co workers, always room for advancement.

      Cons

      I really dont think there are any cons. If something is a con, you just have to discuss with a supervisor, and it becomes solved.

      Pros

      Somnia is a great place to work. There’s strong support from both local and regional leadership, and the teamwork is exceptional. It truly feels like a second family within the clinical setting.
