      Pros

      When my company outsourced to sonata I was hired with no change to my salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Sonata treats their it contractors like single use plastic spoons. I watched engineers who were promised that sonata had "a bench" laid off with no notice regularly as a client was going out of business until I too had to leave.

      Pros

      - Gave me one project that i had to build using my own azure subscription. - Gave me a second hand company laptop with good specs (temporary).

      Cons

      - Everything - Kept promising to pay me and kept extending my internship by 3 months giving me a false promise that i might get a job at the end of the 3 months. - Except for the first 3 months i did not get any work. - Despite being such a big company they refused pay me even a little despite me doing a very good job in my first 3 months.
