Pros
Sonicbids relocated from Boston to Brooklyn years ago. There's been a change in management and staffing that took place a few years ago. This not a 1.5 company by any means. Freedom. We all have our base job description duties but are also given to the freedom to work on passion projects and other proactive collaborations. It's an established company with a start-up mentality. That means that everyone has a voice and we bounce ideas off of eachother. Snacks. There is a plethora of healthy snacks. Group activities/get togethers. Positive working environment. I haven't witnessed anything that would come close to the previous reviews. We do our work and go home. It's pretty standard.
Cons
I had to think of something. Playing Tom Petty the day Tom Petty died and someone asked we turn it off from another department. That was weak.
