Pros
Being new to the company, I've had the luxury to come onboard well after there was a change in management, company culture, and structure--all positive things. Sonicbids and the larger company (Backstage) are clearly investing in their people by creating a positive work environment. This in turn is fueling the team to be motivated to grow the business. Great work-life balance, realistic workload (though certainly not bored!), incredibly driven and understanding GM that looks out for his team and cares about consistently improving the product and user experience. Plenty of team outings and gatherings, healthy snacks, delish coffee and bevs provided. Company provides all resources and support needed to successfully do your job + are clearly invested in longterm career growth. Established company with a startup mentality allows everyone on the team to have independence to do their jobs, but have a voice to evoke change and contribute creative ideas.
Cons
Open work space can be challenging (at any company), but considering, this is the most respectful and quiet open office space I've worked in.
