Pros
The recruitment/operation team are extremely friendly and were more help than the sales department themselves. Some of the nicest people I encountered with and were super polite to work with.
Cons
Where do I begin. The company lacks clear sales direction and expectations, making it difficult to understand goals or priorities. Training was minimal and did not adequately prepare me for the role. Management presence and guidance were limited, leaving many processes unclear. Coordination between sales and operations teams was inconsistent, which created confusion during client onboarding. Termination processes were abrupt and unprofessional. Overall, the management style and communication make it extremely challenging to succeed in this role.
